ANMOL”  –  WORLD  OF OPPORTUNITIES

‘Anmol’….Whenever I hear this name the only thing that comes to my mind is OPPORTUNITY. In a world where there are thousands of children in a school with hundreds of teachers who don’t even care to at least know the names of their students, “Anmol” was a different experience for me. When I joined Anmol, frankly speaking, there were hardly 100 students in the campus. Anmol, which is situated in the amidst wonderful nature, no doubt is the most amazing place I had ever been. I found a little strange in the beginning because I came from a school where I used to see hundreds of children jumping, shouting and yelling in all the directions. Suddenly I was standing in a place completely noiseless and even sometimes wondered whether this is what teachers call it ‘pin drop’ silence! But the space in Anmol gave me a blast of opportunities which I don’t think I would have got anywhere else. With lesser children to participate, I think, we all had so many fields to present ourselves that we were never so happy to go to school before. With so many opportunities, we started to develop our talents unknowingly until we presented them to the outside world. So, Anmol helped me to enhance my caliber clearly. I personally think that opportunities are our basic foundations for confidence and talent. Scholars have said that, a student basically needs “A mind which can be moulded the way he wants”, but without an opportunity you won’t be giving children even a chance to show their talents to the world, which I think, Anmol gave me. Anmol clearly set up a basic foundation for learning in me and I carried on. I never believed I could do so well either in academics or in cultural areas. Anmol clearly pulled out the good in me. Probably, this  would not have happened if I was  in some other  school where they put more emphasis on theory rather than giving students a platform to perform. So I would like to thank everyone in Anmol who had recognized my potential and helped me to develop it and my parents who made that very important decision to put me in Anmol without which I couldn’t have got an OPPORTUNITY to write this.

Anmol ; a paradise

These lines might seem mere  words to few who know nothing or do not realize the honor of  having been a part of Anmol family… I say “FAMILY” and not school because, The teachers and the entire staff of Anmol  took  good  care of us like our parents at home. From assistants to wardens, our principal everyone & everything aimed to just one thing “BETTERMENT” Betterment  –  not just of the school, but of each student as an individual. To me, Anmol has been the ultimate learning Gurukul. From confidence to discipline and from academics to team spirit, I have learnt everything. Three years might not seem a long time, but at Anmol time never seemed to be a barrier. In just three years, I  was not only accepted as a part of the great family but also given equal importance as any of us. My views, were respected and given full consideration by every staff and teachers. Yes, at times, a  sense of missing home and the many good things there did creep up, but we realized soon after that what we got in our hostels and at our school is all that ‘Actually Mattered’. The parent like treatment that our teachers bestowed upon us made them really close to our hearts.  The truth is  we might have left Anmol with smiles on our faces, yet in our hearts we all cried, cried for having lost a paradise, a paradise unparallel to anything in universe.

From those blooming faces, those cheers,

From those innocent, sad, race tears,

I reap my memories,

Memories of a sweet past,

That came quite quick,

And went equally fast,

From where I shall, my future-Reap !

Of a world afar and yet so near !

My dear noble one….?

You loved me, cared me

like your daughter,

Peep within my heart,

You still do reside, only

The glimpses of  Anmol.

Chance to salute my anmol…………

All those days I have spent in Anmol are most cherished ones. In Anmol teachers were very affectionate and caring. In addition to academics,  Anmol also focuses on personality development. I  have participated in many debates, speeches and drama. Every Friday we used to have co-curricular activities(CCA). Every quater we were asked to write articles for our school magazine. These activities helped us in our career . I am happy with my performance in PUC II board examination & in other areas too. My parents are happy too. I am very proud and fortunate to study in Anmol  and am thankful to all my teachers.

The Ultimate Place to  know about ourselves

The beautiful infrastructure  on the green lap of mother Nature with a tiny  lake on the back drop makes my school a heaven. There was plenty of opportunities where I could exhibit all my talents. I have  got lot of memories of my school which can neither  be forgotten nor be explained. It just gives me a wide smile on my face and a drop of tear in my eyes whenever I think of those wonderful moments spent with my teachers and friends in Anmol. My school  made me what ever I am today. It has taught me various lessons of life challenges. Some times when I looked back it gave me a very good experience, when I looked forward it gave me hope. When I looked around it gave me reality, when I looked within me it  gave me confidence. The name of my school itself makes me feel extraordinary. My stay in Anmol is the best part of my life.I express my thanks and gratitude to all my teachers for their support and encouragement. Without them my school life wouldn’t have been so happy and unforgettable.

An Attraction At First

When I got admitted to Class-8 in Anmol School, I was really scared. I was a Kannada medium student and was new to hostel life. But with the   co-operation of all my teachers and staff I got adjusted to Anmol culture. And I was highly impressed by the Anmol culture. The co-curricular activities helped me a lot and my confidence level increased. I participated in district level chess competition for 2 years continuously. The timely guidance by our president Sri C.G Dinesh helped me in improving my academic performance. I am spending golden time of my life here in Anmol institute.

My lovely Second Home

I am happy to write about the college where I studied. It is totally isolated   from   frustrating  atmosphere  of  the  city. It  is   covered   by greenery  from  all the sides. This special place is guarded by beautiful and colourful flowers, pond and breezy atmosphere. A right place for children to grow. Our school hostel is 200 yards away from the school. In early morning one can see the wonderful & beautiful atmosphere around the school – the rising sun, greenery background,  pleasant & cool wind. Our daily routine starts from 6.00am. All the students step into their respective classes for morning reading hours. The atmosphere is perfect to study. Then begins the best part of the day, the meditation. This meditation improves our concentration in studies. The teachers were very  kind and affectionate. We felt homely & no student had home sickness. Both college and school have laboratories. We could interact with best books in  the library and share of the ideas with friends and teachers.

To prepare the children in all areas and in all  dimensions, co-curricular activities such as hobby classes, quiz, seminars, sports etc  were  being organized on weekends. More than that all students in the campus were like brothers and sisters. It was a single home with many children. And I feel  happy to say I am alumnus of this great home ANMOL.

Anmol – My home at its best

I am very proud  to say that I was one of the students of this esteemed institution. Campus, classes, games, teachers, hostel, friends and everything was very nice here. Our school was not only encouraging academic activities but also sports and co-curricular activities. This institution had made me a complete student. The very word ‘Anmol’ reminds me of the beautiful experiences, enjoyments, discipline that  I learnt here. The food was excellent. Hostel facilities were good. The environment was very good for studies. Every Sundays we enjoyed a lot by spending our time with morning jogging, sports, movies, sweets etc. We were trained well in all the fields like music, dance and sports. Laboratory and library facilities were really amazing . Every moment was wonderful in Anmol. Reading hours was good  for academically poor students. We also used to discuss our doubts with our subject teachers. So, it helped me to become topper of the academic year 2010 – 11. So I am proud to be an alumnus of Anmol.

Anmol –  The right choice of real learners

I’m really glad to recall my school days where some of my dreams came true. I’m quite lucky  to spend 3 years of my golden life in Anmol. It is the right place to get moulded at the right period. For instance, I was an average  student when I joined Anmol in 2008. But here, there was an open space to build ourselves under the right guidance of friendly teachers. As limited number of students were admitted to the school, each student was given individual attention. Students were counselled at regular intervals. Because of this I was able to score good marks &  I was the topper in the class-10. Students who emerges out of this school are assets to the society. Right now  I’m in PUC II in Anmol Science PU college and looking forward the better progress in academic results and to be successful.

The place which made me to stand myself

When I joined Anmol school for class -8 in 2008 I was bit nervous. But, after few days of my stay in the hostel, I started liking Anmol culture gradually. Meanwhile I got friendly teachers and good friends. When I entered class-9, I felt happy with many great things. I started participating in sports including  Volley ball, Kho-Kho, Athletics, and quiz competitions at different levels.  I participated in Taluk level Kho-Kho competition. It was one of my memorable days in my life. All those participation brought leadership qualities in me. Because of  good teachers, good friends and good support from school management I got a recognizable  score in SSLC board Exam in 2011. Really, I feel very proud  to say Anmol is  my school.   At  Anmol, learning is really  joyful.

ANMOL  A New Method Of Learning

I found a new kind of teaching in  Anmol. I was an average student before coming to Anmol. I was made to study in such a way  that I got an identity. Here, students were involved in all activities like sports, cultural activities and academics. I was very poor in cultural events. But now, I am very bold to give seminars and speeches and also to take part in all kinds of cultural functions.Excursions were fabulous in  Anmol. We had been to Chitradurga fort &. teachers mixed  with us like friends. The infrastructure of the school is so beautiful, it makes students to feel energetic and enthusiastic. The care taken, the love expressed the President, staff, our class teachers & friends, helped me to be topper in SSLC board exam 2011. I am always thankful to all of them.

Thrill packed life At Anmol

It is the happiest thing that my sweet school “Anmol” is bringing out a magazine. I have spent 2 years of my student life from 2010 to 2012 (class 9 & 10) in this great institution. By strong support, love, care and blessings of my teachers, I scored good marks in SSLC board Exam 2012 and I was topper of that batch. I never expected that there would be a school that is free from noise pollution. But when I visited Anmol campus for the first time I was dumb folded for few hours. Superb atmosphere, well ventilated and spacious hostel, and amazing class rooms. After spending few days, once again I felt I am lucky to have such teachers and school in my life.We were improved a lot, not only in academics but also in cultural activities. I have participated in science conference and also have acted in a main role in the drama “Nakkala Rajakumari.”  By participating in such activities, I could overcome my stage fear. I’m thankful to my parents for putting me in this institution. I wish all the best to my juniors
